Surveys and quotes

Surveys are free. The photographed report is yours to keep, whether or not you go ahead. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything. Work is only agreed once we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.

Your right to cancel

If you agree a contract with us at your home or away from our premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are given with your written quote. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you may have to pay for work already done.

Advice on this website
