Why use a roofer for cleaning?
Because a cleaner sees moss, and a roofer sees the slipped tile under it, the cracked mortar on the ridge and the gutter bracket about to fail. Every visit comes with photos of anything that needs attention, and no pressure to fix it.
Why not pressure wash?
Pressure washing strips the protective surface from concrete tiles, making them more porous so moss returns faster. On slate it forces water under the laps into the roof. Soft washing with a biocide cleans properly and keeps working for months.
